About churches of Christ

It is our goal to be the church that God desires us to be. We want all that we do to be for His glory. That is why we rely completely upon His word, the Bible, to guide us. We aspire to live like He wants us to live and to worship like He wants us to worship. In the time of the New Testament, there was only one church. Since then, there have been countless divisions and different denominations. We strive to be the same church that Christ founded – nothing more and nothing less. That is what we hope our name and our actions demonstrate.

About the congregation meeting here at Hickman Road

Everyone is welcome here because we believe everyone needs God. Children have class downstairs and the adults in the auditorium at 9:30 on Sundays and after a devotional on Wednesday evening. For very young children, there is a nursery downstairs as well as a cry room at the back of the auditorium. We regularly have meals together across in the fellowship hall after worship on Sunday mornings and we would be honored to have you stay and eat with us when we have them. We have numerous service and outreach missions and other activities going on at different times for all age groups which you are welcome to be a part of, just ask. If you want to know more about Jesus and His church, we would be thrilled to study the Bible with you.
